Dielectric Pro Boots

An electrically insulating dielectric boot with an integral steel toe cap and penetration resistant mid-sole combined with a vulcanised rubber sole for superior slip resistance. The Respirex Dielectric boot allows high-voltage live working at up to 17kV, with every boot tested at 20kV AC, with optional DC testing at 40kV (Class 1).

Slip Resistant SR
Slip Resistant SR Description
Gevulkaniseerde rubberen zool
Duurzame, snijbestendige zool van gevulkaniseerd rubber, verlengt de levensduur aanzienlijk, zelfs op ruw terrein, met verbeterde slipweerstand.
Energie-absorberende hak
Biedt een minimum van 20J absorptie bij de hak, waardoor het risico op vermoeidheid en letsel aan de gewrichten en ruggengraat wordt gereduceerd. Laarsmarkering: E
Neus en tussenzool
Stalen neus met epoxycoating getest voor 200J impactweerstand en 15kN compressie. Roestvrij stalen, penetratiebestendige tussenzool met een penetratieweerstand van hoger dan of gelijk aan 1100N. Laarsmarkering: P
Brandstof- en oliebestendig
De buitenzool is bestand tegen olie, waarbij ervoor wordt gezorgd dat de nuttige levensduur van de laars niet in gevaar komt bij gebruik in olierijke omgevingen. De test betreft onderdompeling in olie gedurende 22 uur, waarna de zool wordt gecontroleerd op overmatige zwelling, krimp of toegenomen hardheid. Laarsmarkering: FO
Koude-isolatie
De thermische isolatieeigenschappen van de laars zorgen ervoor dat de temperatuurdaling binnen een laars bij 23°C bij plaatsing in een koude kamer bij -17°C na 30 minuten minder is dan 10°C indien gemeten bij het bovenvlak van de binnenzool. Laarsmarkering: CI
Heet contact
De zool is getest voor contact met een heet metalen oppervlak bij 300°C gedurende 60 seconden. Laarsmarkering: HRO
